Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–5 weeks, subject to customs clearance and local postal conditions.
• Express Shipping: Currently unavailable.

Shipping Fees

• Australia-Wide:
  • Flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders under $150
  • Free shipping for all orders over $150 AUD
• International: Flat rate of $30 AUD regardless of order value

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email info@calmyouth.com with your order number. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to processing timelines.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@calmyouth.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Our team will review your claim and arrange a resolution in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

By completing a purchase, you agree to release CALM Youth from liability for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during shipping. While we take care in packing and dispatching all items, responsibility for the shipment rests with the courier once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Return

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• It is returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact
• It is not a sale or custom item marked as final sale

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us.

• A refund to the original payment method
• An exchange for another product of equal value (subject to availability)

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days, provided the item meets all eligibility criteria. No restocking fee applies at this time.
